• Communication records via WhatsApp or phone calls
• Feedback and reviews you submit

• Improving our services and customer experience
• Responding to your queries and complaints

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with our drivers to fulfill your booking request.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Bookings made via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not store credit/debit card information.

📋 Terms of Service

By booking a taxi with Vijay Yatra Taxi Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed by our team via phone or WhatsApp before they are considered active.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us with driver details.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Fare & Payment

• Fares are agreed upon at the time of booking and remain fixed unless the trip itinerary changes.
• Additional charges may apply for toll taxes, state permits, waiting time (beyond 30 minutes), or changes in destination.
• Payments are accepted in cash or UPI at the end of the trip unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of pickup) may attract a nominal cancellation fee.
• In case of vehicle breakdown, Vijay Yatra will arrange an alternate vehicle at no additional cost.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Carrying of illegal substances, weapons, or any prohibited items is strictly not allowed.
• Vijay Yatra is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Passengers causing damage to vehicles will be liable for repair costs.

5. All India Service

Vijay Yatra provides taxi services across India. For interstate trips, applicable toll, permit, and border charges will be borne by the passenger unless specifically included in the quoted fare.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vijay Yatra is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. We are committed to safe and timely service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times in extreme conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
